Preliminary Assessments at Flat Rates

Let’s talk about your project!  We offer a one-hour, in-person or virtual meeting with you to discuss your creative works, how best to protect them, infringement concerns, joint works (collaborations), works-made-for-hire, and benefits of formal registration.

General Copyright Assessment – $575

Let’s discuss what you’re working on, what copyright protects, any concerns you may have, how best to protect your work, and copyright registration.

Music Copyright Assessment -$575

Same as general copyright assessment plus guidance on using a Split Sheet delineating copyright interests.

Screenplay Assessment – $950

A reading of your Screenplay (up to 150pp) prior to meeting and then meet with you to discuss your vision of the project, potential pitfalls, and next best steps.

Film Project Assessment – $1,250

A review of your Synopsis, Deck/Look Book/Bible, Budget, and PreSales Estimates prior to meeting; then meet with you to discuss the status of your project and paths for moving forward, potential pitfalls, and next best steps.
