• In-person meeting with you in which we will:
  • discuss the background regarding your issue
  • discern your concerns and priorities
  • distill the elements of your situation
  • determine possible paths for progress or resolution (e.g., next steps)

CONSULTATION WITH CONTRACT REVIEW – $850

• Our review of your contract prior to the consultation*
• In-person meeting with you in which we will:
  • discuss the background of the deal
  • discern your concerns and priorities
  • distill the specific terms of the contract
  • identify which terms would need to be revised
  • help you develop a strategy on how to handle further discussions with the other party to the agreement

*limited to contracts of up to six single-side pages.
